Warranty Policy

StressCrate products are covered by a warranty (excluding Gift Cards).

Legal Rights Notice

The warranty is in addition to the rights and remedies provided by law or the seller. Remedies such as rectification, damages, or termination of contract remain unaffected — for example, the right to claim lack of conformity within 12 months of purchase.

Warranty Scope

This warranty covers all defects that arise within the warranty period, relative to the product’s official specifications. Exceptions are listed below.

Warranty Period

  • Standard warranty: 12 months from the delivery date to the first end-user.
  • Wear-prone items (e.g. leather): covered for 3 months.

The warranty becomes void if the serial number is defaced or altered, or if unauthorized modifications are made.

Courier Delivery Disclaimer

Important: If the delivery status is marked as “Delivered” on the courier’s (e.g., DHL) site for over 1 month, the delivery details may be deleted. We cannot issue a refund or compensation unless the client notifies us within 30 days to initiate an investigation.

What is Not Covered

  • Accessories and parts sold separately (e.g. tools, cases, cables)
  • Damage due to misuse, disassembly, improper installation, non-authorized modifications, or burn-in
  • Damage from fire, lightning, water, or force majeure
  • Wear and tear or expected consumables (e.g. carrying case, cables)
  • Use beyond the expected lifespan of the item
  • Damage to leather and other natural wear-prone materials

Limited & Special Editions

Special or limited-edition items may not be replaced with identical products if defective.

How to Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, contact us at [email protected] and include the following:

  • Order invoice or proof of purchase
  • Clear images or videos showing the defect

We may replace the defective product or its parts with the same or similar item.

Received the Wrong Item or Color?

Please email a photo of the item, with a handwritten or printed note showing your tracking number, to [email protected] within 7 days after delivery.

Return Policy (Non-Defective Products)

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days after delivery
  • Customer must cover return shipping

Once the return is received and approved, we will issue a refund via Stripe for the product amount (excluding shipping).

Delivery Risk Notice

Choosing DHL’s “No Signature Required” service may lead to package loss. StressCrate is not responsible for such deliveries. Use this option at your own risk.
