How long do I have to cancel my order?
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please note that refunds may take 3-5 business days to post to your original form of payment.
What is your return policy?
Our return policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging. Please note that certain items, such as health and personal care items, are non-returnable.
How do I initiate a return?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase from StressCrate, you may return the product within 7 days of receipt, along with its original packaging, for a refund.

Returns due to personal reasons (not related to product defect or our error) will incur a 25% restocking fee.
