You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in original packaging
- In resellable condition
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number)
❌ No Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order separately.
💸 Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect your returned item.
- Processing time: 3–5 business days after receipt of return.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
⚠️ Please note: For all approved returns and refunds, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. This helps us cover inspection, handling, and repackaging costs.
Important: Orders exceeding $200 USD should include shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments without insurance.

You Are Responsible for Return Shipping If:
- You no longer want the item (buyer’s remorse)
- Returned items are not confirmed as defective after inspection
- You return an item by mistake
- You send back the wrong product

- Personal belongings mistakenly sent with your return
- Damage or loss during the return shipping process (especially uninsured shipments)
- Returns sent to the wrong address without prior confirmation
